     The Big Deal Garage Sale was designed to allow users to hold an online Garage Sale in conjunction with a local garage sale (or not) to advertise your more exclusive items to people on the internet. You simply lease your garage space and after that you pay no % fees.
     You have control of each item individually by either keeping items 'pick up only' or listing your item to be shipped and how you will ship it. You may want some items to be pick up only and others you may want to offer to ship.
     You will be able to print customized flyers off of your computer for local advertising. It is up to you to do your own local advertising. We will provide free ideas and suggestions to promote and hold a successful garage sale.
     A FREE eBook will be provided to you with every Garage Lease. The eBook will include a 'to do' checklist for both your local and your online garage sale, suggestions and ideas for marketing your local garage sale and a simple easy to follow tutorial on how to set up your online garage sale.
     You will be able to print customized promotional flyers from your computer to help promote your garage sale locally.
